Returns and Refunds

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and send items back to me within 30 days of delivery. Yal-Art Items can't be returned or Refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective: bespoke or personalised orders, and items on sale. Please note that Yal-Art cannot refund any postage and packaging charges.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you use recorded delivery for your own protection. Yal-Art cannot accept responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If items are not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
 

SHIPPING

Your Art work will be made-to-order. Once ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification & tracking number so that you know when to expect your package
 

Because Yal-Art is  made to order, we do not accept cancellations unless within 24 hours of placing an order. To cancel please email sales@yal-art.com with your order number as the subject.

You can also contact us by email if you have any problems with your order before you receive your "shipped" notification email.
 

Customs and import taxes

Yal-Art are able to ship to other countries however customs and import taxes may apply. We will contact you via telephone to take your shipping payment within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Please ensure that you add valid contact information to avoid any delay. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Yal-Art does not take responsibility for any unfortunate delays that may occur due to customs of the receiving country.
